Angela joined Ten Years’ Time as Managing Director in 2019 after spending twenty years working in health and social care services, primarily within mental health third sector organisations.

Angela takes a lead on designing and delivering bespoke learning journeys for clients, ranging from youth power and leadership to social change and technology, homelessness, poverty, education and place-based funding.

Prior to joining Ten Years’ Time, Angela was Director for Service User Involvement at Together for Mental Wellbeing. Earlier in her career, she has developed and delivered accredited training programmes and established an award-winning lived experience led training programme. Angela has significant experience, knowledge, expertise and personal insight in how to work with and alongside people with experience mental distress to enable change within systems and services.

Angela is also Founder of Lived Experience Matters and Chair of National Survivor User Network (NSUN).
